haridāsa ṭhākura kahena, — "āmi ki karimu?

niyama kariyāchi, tāhā kemane chāḍimu?"

SYNONYMS

haridāsa ṭhākuraHaridāsa Ṭhākura; kahena — said; āmi ki karimu — what shall I do; niyama kariyāchiI have made a vow; tāhā — that; kemane — how; chāḍimu — shall I give up.

TRANSLATION

Haridāsa Ṭhākura said, "My dear friend, what can I do? I have made a vow. How, then, can I give it up?"
