balātkāre prabhu tāńre ālińgana kaila
kaṇḍu-kleda mahāprabhura śrī-ańge lāgila
SYNONYMS
balātkāre — by force; prabhu — Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; tāńre — him; ālińgana kaila — embraced; kaṇḍu-kleda — the moisture of weeping itches; mahāprabhura — of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; śrī — transcendental; ańge — body; lāgila — touched.
TRANSLATION
Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu, however, embraced Sanātana Gosvāmī by force. Thus the moisture oozing from the itching sores touched the transcendental body of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu.
