ei 'śuṣka-vairāgya' nahe sannyāsīra 'dharma'

SYNONYMS

tomāre — You; kṣīṇa — skinny; dekhiI see; śuniI have heard; kara ardha-aśana — You are eating half; ei — this; śuṣka-vairāgya — dry renunciation; nahe — is not; sannyāsīra dharma — the religion of a sannyāsī.

TRANSLATION

"I have heard that You have cut Your eating in half. Indeed, I see that You are skinny. Such dry renunciation is also not the religion of a sannyāsī.
