ei ślokera artha jāne ekale svarūpa
daive se vatsara tāhāń giyāchena rūpa
SYNONYMS
ei — this; ślokera — of the verse; artha — the meaning; jāne — knows; ekale — alone; svarūpa — Svarūpa Dāmodara; daive — by chance; se vatsara — that year; tāhāń — there; giyāchena — went; rūpa — Śrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī.
TRANSLATION
This verse appears to be the hankering between some ordinary boy and girl, but its actual deep meaning was known only to Svarūpa Dāmodara. By chance, one year Rūpa Gosvāmī was also present there.
