nīlācala-vāsī loka dhāñā āila
SYNONYMS
kīrtana-ārambhe — in the beginning of the sańkīrtana; prema — ecstasy of love; uthali' — overpowering; calila — began to proceed; nīlācala-vāsī — all the residents of Jagannātha Purī; loka — people; dhāñā — running; āila — came.
TRANSLATION
When the congregational chanting began, ecstatic love immediately overflooded everything, and all the residents of Jagannātha Purī came running.
