'pūrve śuniyāchoń, tumi sārvabhauma-sthāne
eka śloke āṭhāra artha kairācha vyākhyāne
SYNONYMS
pūrve — formerly; śuniyāchoń — I heard; tumi — You; sārvabhauma-sthāne — at the place of Sārvabhauma Bhaṭṭācārya; eka śloke — in one verse; āṭhāra artha — eighteen meanings; kairācha vyākhyāne — have explained.
TRANSLATION
Sanātana Gosvāmī said, "My Lord, I have heard that previously, at the home of Sārvabhauma Bhaṭṭācārya, You explained the ātmārāma verse in eighteen different ways.
