ei-mata mahāprabhu calilā nīlācale
cāri bhakta sańge kṛṣṇa-kīrtana-kutūhale
SYNONYMS
ei-mata — in this way; mahāprabhu — Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu; calilā — proceeded; nīlācale — toward Jagannātha Purī; cāri bhakta — four devotees; sańge — with; kṛṣṇa-kīrtana — for chanting of the holy name of Kṛṣṇa; kutūhale — in great eagerness.
TRANSLATION
Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu proceeded toward Jagannātha Purī with four of His devotees, and He chanted the holy name of the Lord, the Hare Kṛṣṇa mantra, with great eagerness.
