cāturmāsya pūrṇa haila, bhaṭṭa-ājñā lañā
dakṣiṇa calilā prabhu śrī-rańga dekhiyā
SYNONYMS
cāturmāsya — the period of Cāturmāsya; pūrṇa haila — became completed; bhaṭṭa-ājñā lañā — taking permission from Veńkaṭa Bhaṭṭa; dakṣiṇa — south; calilā — proceeded; prabhu — Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; śrī-rańga dekhiyā — visiting Śrī Rańga.
TRANSLATION
When the period of Cāturmāsya was completed, Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu took permission to leave from Veńkaṭa Bhaṭṭa, and after visiting Śrī Rańga, He proceeded further toward southern India.
