jaguḥ kinnara-gandharvās

tuṣṭuvuḥ siddha-cāraṇāḥ

vidyādharyaś ca nanṛtur

apsarobhiḥ samaḿ mudā

SYNONYMS

jaguḥ — recited auspicious songs; kinnara-gandharvāḥ — the Kinnaras and Gandharvas, inhabitants of various planets in the heavenly planetary system; tuṣṭuvuḥ — offered their respective prayers; siddha-cāraṇāḥ — the Siddhas and Cāraṇas, other inhabitants of the heavenly planets; vidyādharyaḥ ca — and the Vidyādharīs, another group of inhabitants of the heavenly planets; nanṛtuḥ — danced in transcendental bliss; apsarobhiḥ — the Apsarās, beautiful dancers in the heavenly kingdom; samam — along with; mudāin great jubilation.

TRANSLATION

The Kinnaras and Gandharvas began to sing auspicious songs, the Siddhas and Cāraṇas offered auspicious prayers, and the Vidyādharīs, along with the Apsarās, began to dance in jubilation.
