kāma — andha-tamaḥ, prema — nirmala bhāskara

SYNONYMS

ataeva — therefore; kāma-premein lust and love; bahuta — much; antara — space between; kāma — lust; andha-tamaḥ — blind darkness; prema — love; nirmalapure; bhāskara — sun.

TRANSLATION

Therefore lust and love are quite different. Lust is like dense darkness, but love is like the bright sun.
