rasāntarāveśe ha-ila viyoga-sphuraṇa

udvega, viṣāda, dainye kare pralapana

SYNONYMS

rasa-antara-āveśein the ecstatic love characterized by different mellows; ha-ila — there was; viyoga-sphuraṇa — awakening of separation; udvega — distress; viṣāda — moroseness; dainye — humility; kare pralapana — speaks like a crazy person.

TRANSLATION

Separation from Kṛṣṇa awoke various mellows of distress, lamentation and humility. Thus Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu spoke like a crazy man.
