ḍubiyā rahilā prabhu jalera bhitare

SYNONYMS

eta bali' — saying this; jhāńpa dilā — jumped; jalera upare — above the water; ḍubiyā — sinking; rahilā — remained; prabhuŚrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; jalera bhitare — within the water.

TRANSLATION

While considering how Akrūra remained within the water, Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu immediately jumped in and stayed under water for some time.
