nirantara kara tumi vedānta śravaṇa

SYNONYMS

vedānta-śravaṇa — hearing of Vedānta philosophy; ei — this; sannyāsīra — of a person in the renounced order; dharma — factual occupation; nirantara — incessantly; karado; tumi — You; vedānta — of Vedānta philosophy; śravaṇa — hearing.

TRANSLATION

The Bhaṭṭācārya said, "Hearing Vedānta philosophy is a sannyāsī's main business. Therefore without hesitation You should study Vedānta philosophy, hearing it without cessation from a superior person."
