prabhu kahe, — "kaha, kene kara sańkoca-lāje?

granthera phala śunāibā vaiṣṇava-samāje?"

SYNONYMS

prabhu kaheŚrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu says; kaha — speak up; kene — why; kara — you do; sańkoca-lājein shame and embarrassment; granthera — of the book; phala — the fruit; śunāibā — you should make heard; vaiṣṇava-samājein the society of pure devotees.

TRANSLATION

The Lord, however, encouraged Rūpa Gosvāmī, saying, "Why are you embarrassed? You should recite it so the devotees can hear the good fruit of your writing."
