beḍā-sańkīrtana tahāń ārambha karilā
sāta-sampradāya tabe gāite lāgilā
SYNONYMS
beḍā-sańkīrtana — surrounding congregational chanting; tāhāń — there; ārambha karilā — began; sāta-sampradāya — seven groups; tabe — thereupon; gāite lāgilā — began to chant.
TRANSLATION
After seeing Lord Jagannātha, Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu began His all-encompassing sańkīrtana. He formed seven groups, which then began to chant.
