se vatsara seha āila prabhure dekhite

SYNONYMS

prabhu-viṣayein regard to Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; sneha — affection; tāra — of Parameśvara Modaka; bālaka-kāla haitesince He was a boy; se vatsara — that year; sehahe also; āila — came; prabhure dekhiteto see the Lord.

TRANSLATION

Parameśvara Modaka had been affectionate toward the Lord since His childhood, and he was one of those who came that year to see the Lord at Jagannātha Purī.
