jagadānandera nāma śuni' sańkoca haila mana

SYNONYMS

govindere puchenaHe inquired from Govinda; ihā — this; karāila — has made; kon jana — what person; jagadānandera — of Jagadānanda Paṇḍita; nāmaname; śuni' — hearing; sańkoca — afraid; haila — was; mana — mind.

TRANSLATION

The Lord inquired from Govinda, "Who has made this?" When Govinda named Jagadānanda Paṇḍita, Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu was somewhat fearful.
