śuni' paṇḍitera mane krodha upajila
bhātera hāṇḍi hāte lañā mārite āila
SYNONYMS
śuni' — hearing; paṇḍitera — of Jagadānanda Paṇḍita; mane — in the mind; krodha — anger; upajila — arose; bhātera hāṇḍi — the cooking pot; hāte — in his hand; lañā — taking; mārite āila — was ready to beat.
TRANSLATION
Hearing this, Jagadānanda Paṇḍita immediately became very angry and took a cooking pot in his hand, intending to beat Sanātana Gosvāmī.
