"kon aparādha, prabhu, kaila haridāsa?

ki lāgiyā dvāra-mānā, kare upavāsa?"

SYNONYMS

kon aparādha — what great offense; prabhuO Lord; kaila haridāsa — has Haridāsa committed; ki lāgiyā — for what reason; dvāra-mānā — the closed door; kare upavāsahe is now fasting.

TRANSLATION

"What great offense has Junior Haridāsa committed? Why has he been forbidden to come to Your door? He has now been fasting for three days."
