sarvajña mahāprabhu niṣedhilā more
prabhura caraṇa dhari' kahena tāńhāre
SYNONYMS
sarva-jña — who knows everything; mahāprabhu — Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; niṣedhilā — has forbidden; more — me; prabhura — of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; caraṇa — the feet; dhari' — touching; kahena tāńhāre — began to speak to Him.
TRANSLATION
Sanātana Gosvāmī concluded, "Lord Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu, who knows everything — past, present and future — has forbidden me to commit suicide." He then fell down, touching the lotus feet of the Lord, and spoke to Him as follows.
