pañca-daśa-krośa-patha cali' gelā eka-dine

sandhyā-kāle rahilā eka gopera bāthāne

SYNONYMS

pañca-daśa-krośa — about thirty miles; patha cali' — walking on the path; gelā — went; eka-dinein one day; sandhyā-kālein the evening; rahilā — remained; eka gopera — of a milkman; bāthānein the cowshed.

TRANSLATION

He walked about thirty miles in one day, and in the evening he took rest in the cowshed of a milkman.
