śrī-rāmadāsādi gopa premāviṣṭa hailā
gańgā-tīre 'yamunā-pulina' jñāna kailā
SYNONYMS
śrī-rāmadāsa-ādi — headed by Śrī Rāmadāsa; gopa — the cowherd boys; prema-āviṣṭa hailā — became absorbed in ecstatic love; gańgā-tīre — the bank of the Ganges River; yamunā-pulina — the bank of the Yamunā River; jñāna kailā — they thought.
TRANSLATION
All the confidential devotees who were cowherd boys, headed by Śrī Rāmadāsa, were absorbed in ecstatic love. They thought the bank of the Ganges to be the bank of the Yamunā.
