vipra-gṛhe āsi' prabhu nibhṛte vasilā

śrī-rūpa-vallabha duńhe āsiyā mililā

SYNONYMS

vipra-gṛhe — to the house of that brāhmaṇa; āsi' — coming; prabhu — Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; nibhṛte — in a solitary place; vasilā — sat down; śrī-rūpa-vallabha — the two brothers Rūpa Gosvāmī and Śrī Vallabha; duńhe — both of them; āsiyā — coming; mililā — met Him.

TRANSLATION

While Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu was sitting in a solitary place in the home of that Deccan brāhmaṇa, Rūpa Gosvāmī and Śrī Vallabha [Anupama Mallika] came to meet Him.
