sei brahma-śabde kahe svayaḿ-bhagavān
advitīya-jñāna, yāńhā vinā nāhi āna
SYNONYMS
sei — that; brahma-śabde — by the word brahma; kahe — it is said; svayam-bhagavān — the Supreme Personality of Godhead; advitīya-jñāna — the supreme one, without duality; yāńhā — which; vinā — without; nāhi āna — there is nothing else.
TRANSLATION
"The proper meaning of the word 'brahma' is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who is one without a second and without whom nothing else exists.
