śuni' sukhe prabhu tāńre kaila ālińgana
bhaṭṭācārya premāveśe haila acetana
SYNONYMS
śuni' — hearing; sukhe — in happiness; prabhu — Lord Caitanya Mahāprabhu; tāńre — Sārvabhauma Bhaṭṭācārya; kaila — did; ālińgana — embracing; bhaṭṭācārya — Sārvabhauma Bhaṭṭācārya; prema-āveśe — in the ecstasy of love of God; haila — became; acetana — unconscious.
TRANSLATION
After hearing the one hundred verses, Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu happily embraced Sārvabhauma Bhaṭṭācārya, who was immediately overwhelmed in ecstatic love of Godhead and fell unconscious.
