śrī-śuka uvāca

evam ādiśya cākrūraḿ

mantriṇaś ca viṣṛjya saḥ

praviveśa gṛhaḿ kaḿsas

tathākrūraḥ svam ālayam

SYNONYMS

śrī-śukaḥ uvācaŚukadeva Gosvāmī said; evam — thus; ādiśya — instructing; ca — and; akrūramAkrūra; mantriṇaḥ — his ministers; ca — and; visṛjya — dismissing; saḥhe; praviveśa — entered; gṛham — his quarters; kaḿsaḥKaḿsa; tathā — also; akrūraḥAkrūra; svam — his own; ālayam — residence.

TRANSLATION

Śukadeva Gosvāmī said: Having thus instructed Akrūra, King Kaḿsa dismissed his ministers and retired to his quarters, and Akrūra returned home.

Thus end the purports of the humble servants of His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda to the Tenth Canto, Thirty-sixth Chapter, of the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, entitled "The Slaying of Ariṣṭa, the Bull Demon."
