dāruko dvārakām etya

vasudevograsenayoḥ

patitvā caraṇāv asrair

nyaṣiñcat kṛṣṇa-vicyutaḥ

SYNONYMS

dārukaḥDāruka; dvārakāmin Dvārakā; etya — arriving; vasudeva-ugrasenayoḥ — of Vasudeva and Ugrasena; patitvā — falling down; caraṇau — at the feet; asraiḥ — with his tears; nyaṣiñcat — drenched; kṛṣṇa-vicyutaḥ — deprived of Lord Kṛṣṇa.

TRANSLATION

As soon as Dāruka reached Dvārakā, he threw himself at the feet of Vasudeva and Ugrasena and drenched their feet with his tears, lamenting the loss of Lord Kṛṣṇa.
