nirbhinnāny asya carmāṇi
loka-pālo 'nilo 'viśat
prāṇenāḿśena saḿsparśaḿ
yenāsau pratipadyate
SYNONYMS
nirbhinnāni — being separated; asya — of the gigantic form; carmāṇi — skin; loka-pālaḥ — the director; anilaḥ — air; aviśat — entered; prāṇena aḿśena — the part of the breathing; saḿsparśam — touch; yena — by which; asau — the living entity; pratipadyate — can experience.
TRANSLATION
When there was a manifestation of skin separated from the gigantic form, Anila, the deity directing the wind, entered with partial touch, and thus the living entities can realize tactile knowledge.
