etad dhārayamāṇas tu
yaḿ yaḿ paśyati cakṣuṣā
padā vā saḿspṛśet sadyaḥ
sādhvasāt sa vimucyate
SYNONYMS
etat — this; dhārayamāṇaḥ — a person employing; tu — but; yam yam — whomever; paśyati — he sees; cakṣuṣā — by his eyes; padā — by his feet; vā — or; saḿspṛśet — may touch; sadyaḥ — immediately; sādhvasāt — from all fear; saḥ — he; vimucyate — is freed.
TRANSLATION
If one employs this armor, whomever he sees with his eyes or touches with his feet is immediately freed from all the above-mentioned dangers.
