SYNONYMS

tabe — thereafter; mukunda datta kaheMukunda Datta, a devotee of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu, said; śuna mahāśaya — my dear sir, kindly hear me; gańgā-tīra yāiteto go to the bank of the Ganges; mahāprabhura — of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; mana — the mind or desire; haya — is.

TRANSLATION

Mukunda Datta then told the Muslim governor, "My dear sir, please hear. Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu wishes to go to the bank of the Ganges.
