miśra sanātane dilā nūtana vasana
vastra nāhi nilā, teńho kaila nivedana
SYNONYMS
miśra — Tapana Miśra; sanātane — unto Sanātana; dilā — delivered; nūtana vasana — new cloth; vastra — the cloth; nāhi nilā — he did not accept; teńho — he; kaila — made; nivedana — submission.
TRANSLATION
When Tapana Miśra offered Sanātana Gosvāmī a new cloth, he did not accept it. Instead, he spoke as follows.
