ācāryera siddhānte mukundera haila santoṣa

bhaṭṭācāryera vākya mane haila duḥkha-roṣa

SYNONYMS

ācāryera — of Gopīnātha Ācārya; siddhānte — with the conclusions; mukundera — of Mukunda Datta; haila — there was; santoṣa — satisfaction; bhaṭṭācāryera — of Sārvabhauma Bhaṭṭācārya; vākye — by the words; manein the mind; haila — there was; duḥkha — unhappiness; roṣa — and anger.

TRANSLATION

Śrīla Mukunda Datta felt very satisfied to hear the conclusive statements of Gopīnātha Ācārya, but he became very unhappy and angry to hear the statements put forward by Sārvabhauma Bhaṭṭācārya.
