Bhaktivedanta VedaBase: Śrīmad Bhāgavatam 11.22.43

nityadā hy ańga bhūtāni

bhavanti na bhavanti ca

kālenālakṣya-vegena

sūkṣmatvāt tan na dṛśyate

SYNONYMS

nityadā — constantly; hi — indeed; ańga — My dear Uddhava; bhūtāni — created bodies; bhavanti — come into being; na bhavantigo out of being; ca — and; kālena — by time; alakṣya — imperceptible; vegena — whose speed; sūkṣmatvāt — because of being very subtle; tat — that; na dṛśyate — is not seen.

TRANSLATION

My dear Uddhava, material bodies are constantly undergoing creation and destruction by the force of time, whose swiftness is imperceptible. But because of the subtle nature of time, no one sees this.
