ei-mata rāsa-līlāya haya yata śloka

sabāra artha kare, pāya kabhu harṣa-śoka

SYNONYMS

ei-matain this way; rāsa-līlāyain the pastimes of the rāsa-līlā; haya — there are; yata ślokaas many verses; sabāra — of all of them; artha kareHe explains the meaning; pāya — gets; kabhu — sometimes; harṣa-śoka — happiness and lamentation.

TRANSLATION

In this way, He explained the meaning of all the verses concerning the rāsa-līlā. Sometimes He would be very sad and sometimes very happy.
