gańgā-tīre vṛkṣa-mūle piṇḍāra upare
vasiyāchena — yena koṭī sūryodaya kare
SYNONYMS
gańgā-tīre — on the bank of the Ganges; vṛkṣa-mūle — underneath a tree; piṇḍāra upare — on a rock; vasiyāchena — was sitting; yena — as if; koṭī sūrya — hundreds of thousands of suns; udaya kare — rise.
TRANSLATION
Sitting on a rock under a tree on the bank of the Ganges, Lord Nityānanda seemed as effulgent as hundreds of thousands of rising suns.
