saba loka āsi' tāńre kare bahu bhakti
SYNONYMS
mādhava-purī — Śrī Mādhavendra Purī; śrīpāda — sannyāsī; āila — has come; loke — among the people; haila — there was; khyāti — reputation; saba loka — all people; āsi' — coming; tāńre — unto him; kare — do; bahu — much; bhakti — devotion.
TRANSLATION
When Mādhavendra Purī came to Jagannātha Purī, people were aware of his transcendental reputation. Therefore crowds of people came and offered him all sorts of respect in devotion.
