tāḥ prāhiṇod dvāravatīḿ

su-mṛṣṭa-virajo-'mbarāḥ

nara-yānair mahā-kośān

rathāśvān draviṇaḿ mahāt

SYNONYMS

tāḥ — them; prāhiṇotHe sent; dvāravatīmto Dvārakā; su-mṛṣṭa — well cleaned; virajaḥ — spotless; ambarāḥ — with clothes; nara-yānaiḥ — by human conveyances (palanquins); mahā — great; kośān — treasures; ratha — chariots; aśvān — and horses; draviṇam — wealth; mahat — extensive.

TRANSLATION

The Lord had the princesses arrayed in clean, spotless garments and then sent them in palanquins to Dvārakā, together with great treasures of chariots, horses and other valuables.
