tāni ciccheda bhagavān
dhanūḿsi yugapad dhariḥ
sārathiḿ ratham aśvāḿś ca
hatvā śańkham apūrayat
SYNONYMS
tāni — these; ciccheda — split; bhagavān — the Supreme Lord; dhanūḿsi — bows; yugapat — all at once; hariḥ — Śrī Kṛṣṇa; sārathim — the chariot driver; ratham — the chariot; aśvān — the horses; ca — and; hatvā — after hitting; śańkham — His conchshell; apūrayat — He filled.
TRANSLATION
Lord Śrī Hari split every one of Bāṇāsura's bows simultaneously, and also struck down his chariot driver, chariot and horses. The Lord then sounded His conchshell.
