śrutadevo 'cyutaḿ prāptaḿ
sva-gṛhāñ janako yathā
natvā munīn su-saḿhṛṣṭo
dhunvan vāso nanarta ha
SYNONYMS
śrutadevaḥ — Śrutadeva; acyutam — Lord Kṛṣṇa; prāptam — obtained; sva-gṛhān — at his house; janakaḥ — Bahulāśva; yathā — just as; natvā — bowing down; munīn — to the sages; su — very much; saḿhṛṣṭaḥ — delighted; dhunvan — waving; vāsaḥ — his cloth; nanarta ha — he danced.
TRANSLATION
Śrutadeva received Lord Acyuta into his home with as much enthusiasm as that shown by King Bahulāśva. After bowing down to the Lord and the sages, Śrutadeva began to dance with great joy, waving his shawl.
