triḿśad viḿśati varṣāṇi
paramāyuḥ kalau nṛṇām
SYNONYMS
triḿśat — thirty; viḿśati — plus twenty; varṣāṇi — years; parama-āyuḥ — the maximum duration of life; kalau — in Kali-yuga; nṛṇām — of men.
TRANSLATION
The maximum duration of life for human beings in Kali-yuga will become fifty years.
