SYNONYMS

kāśī haite — from Kāśī; calilā — proceeded; teńhohe; gauḍa-patha diyā — by the path through Bengal; sańge — along with him; sevaka — one servant; cale — goes; tāńra — his; jhāli — baggage; vahiyā — carrying.

TRANSLATION

Accompanied by a servant carrying his baggage, Raghunātha Bhaṭṭa started from Vārāṇasī and traveled along the path leading through Bengal.
