siddhir bhagasya bhāryāńga

mahimānaḿ vibhuḿ prabhum

āśiṣaḿ ca varārohāḿ

kanyāḿ prāsūta suvratām

SYNONYMS

siddhiḥSiddhi; bhagasya — of Bhaga; bhāryā — the wife; ańga — my dear King; mahimānamMahimā; vibhumVibhu; prabhumPrabhu; āśiṣamĀśī; ca — and; varārohām — very beautiful; kanyām — daughter; prāsūta — bore; su-vratām — virtuous.

TRANSLATION

O King, Siddhi, who was the wife of Bhaga, the sixth son of Aditi, bore three sons, named Mahimā, Vibhu and Prabhu, and one extremely beautiful daughter, whose name was Āśī.
